No mystery and no surprises — you see the design before we stitch it.
Your logo in whatever form you have it, along with the garments, quantities and where the logo should sit.
We convert the artwork into an embroidery file and work out the stitch count, which is what the price is based on.
You get a plotter proof showing size, placement and colours. Nothing goes onto a garment until you say yes.
Your order goes into production and each item is counted as it is completed.
We let you know the moment it is finished, and you are told what went out and when.
Changes to a logo after approval can affect the price, because the stitch count changes. We will tell you before we run it, not after.
