How an order runs

Send us the artwork
Your logo in whatever form you have it, along with the garments, quantities and where the logo should sit.

We digitise it
We convert the artwork into an embroidery file and work out the stitch count, which is what the price is based on.

You approve the proof
You get a plotter proof showing size, placement and colours. Nothing goes onto a garment until you say yes.

We embroider
Your order goes into production and each item is counted as it is completed.

Collection or delivery
We let you know the moment it is finished, and you are told what went out and when.

About

A logo is only as good as the stitch-out

Anyone can run a machine. The difference is in the digitising — converting your artwork into a stitch file that sits flat, keeps its shape on a cap seam or a thick jersey, and looks the same on the two-hundredth garment as on the first. We do that step ourselves rather than sending it out.

Logo embroidery

Left or right chest, back, sleeves, cap front and back, hat centre-front — placement is set per garment so a golf shirt, a bucket hat and a blanket each get the treatment that suits them.

Digitising

We turn your logo — a PDF, an image, even a printed sample — into a proper embroidery file. You get a plotter proof to approve, and we keep the file so every future order is identical.

Names and personalisation

Individual names, initials or numbers per garment: matric jackets, team kit, staff shirts. Counted and tracked per item so nothing goes out short.
